Kitchen Lead

$18-20/hr depending on experience | 30-35 hours/week

This role requires someone who can maintain a steady pace, stay organized under pressure, and keep the kitchen running smoothly without needing constant oversight. Consistency matters here — we need someone who shows up reliably and doesn’t require frequent schedule changes. If you’re detail‑oriented, steady, and able to learn our systems quickly, you’ll fit in well. We’re looking for someone who brings professionalism, follow‑through, and solid energy every shift.
