Eden Café Is Hiring: Dynamic Team Associate (Part-Time, with Growth Potential)
Hourly Pay: $16–$20+ (based on experience and business level) + Cash Bonuses for Exceptional Work

Starting Hours

  • 12–16 hours/week to start

  • Room to grow into 30+ hours based on performance and business needs

  • Closed Sundays & Mondays

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver cheerful, helpful customer service

  • Assist with food prep, beverages, and behind-the-scenes tasks like dishwashing and light cleaning

  • Help with farmers markets and events as needed

  • Embrace the variety—no two days are the same

Who You Are

  • Friendly, reliable, and ready to learn

  • Enjoys pitching in across front and back of house

  • Can follow directions and stay productive

  • Bonus if you know coffee or vegan food (but we’ll happily train you)
